Leroy Goewey
Southern Illinois Territory Manager
Leroy joins us with a background in the truck industry–8 years of working on heavy equipment and almost 9 years of territory management. He graduated from Lincoln Tech where he studied diesel mechanics. Leroy lives in Witt with his wife and four children and enjoys hunting, camping, and spending time on the water.

Matt joined Coe Equipment in 2018 as the Southeastern Missouri Territory Manager. He attended the University of Missouri – St. Louis. Prior to joining Coe Equipment, Matt has worked in the sales industry for over 10 years. Matt currently lives in St. Charles, MO with his family. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, rooting for the Blues, Cardinals, and for whoever the Blackhawks and Cubs are playing that night!

Northern Illinois & Missouri Territory Manager
Steve comes to us with over 15 years of experience in sales and customer service including 5 years selling water treatment chemicals to the municipal sector. Previously a restauranteur, Steve is part owner of Bistro 101 in Canton, IL. Occasionally, you can still find him helping out on a weekend night tending bar or serving tables. He lives in Canton with his wife, Samantha, and his two children, Lylah, Harrison and Julian. If he gets free time, he enjoys golfing with his wife and is looking forward to when his children are old enough to join them on the course.

Scott joined Coe Equipment in 2014 as the Southeastern and Southern Illinois Territory Manager, and was promoted to Customer Service Manager in 2018. Prior to joining Coe Equipment, Scott spent 11 years in municipal customer service and sales focused on water treatment, industrial process water treatment, and field service for water treatment systems. In his free time, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife and business partner, Courtney, and their four kids. They like to swim, hike, bike, ski, and row.

James grew up in Marion County, IL in the small town of Salem. He moved to the Springfield Area in 2010 and lives with his wife Leah and Daughter Emma and their two dogs in Loami, IL. James has worked in the Automotive industry as a Service Manager for the past 12 years. Courtney Ostrowski
President
Courtney grew up at the shop in Berry, riding her bike around the trucks and up and down the loading dock, helping fill parts orders in the summers, working in the office, and even tagging along on a service call here and there. She joined our team permanently in 2009, working remotely from Colorado, and moving to Illinois with Scott in 2014. Prior to their move, she spent time guiding outdoor adventure excursions in Yellowstone and the Rocky Mountains, and working in banking and wealth management. You may see her in these days in the office, in the warehouse, or just helping out whoever needs a hand. Courtney enjoys spending time with Scott, their four little monsters, Fiona, Dash, Leila, and Ozzie, and their dogs, Baxter and Otter. She loves boating, snow and water skiing, hiking, crafting, yoga, and just being outdoors with her family.
